Hello, My name is J Dagel, Great Grandmother to Lane Mathew Belin. Lane was born on 11/28/2012 at 23 weeks gestation. We are so blessed he is a survivor. As I researched and learned about micro preemies I found less than 50% survived. So I have been knitting micro preemie burial bunting for the past few months. I would like to ask permission to use use Valentine Heart Pattern to make and hang on the outside of "Lane's Gift" to enable the nurses to see what color is inside the bag. I add a little hanger to the heart so the family has a keepsake. Thanks-you so much for your time and consideration. J
